Whoa 4 is like something that nearly fucking rules start to finish for me. It'd give something with flaws a 3.5 (or 3 if the flaws are huge but the album is still enjoyable)

I can't really 3.5 PK, there's no point. The flaws are minimal really, but there are other JP albums I've come to enjoy more.

You can rate an album a 4 if it has flaws. Very few albums are completely void of any flaws.
