their debut is pretty much the only one i liked. agree with you on it being old in flames worship, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Being a fan of the genre doesn't necessarily mean you've heard a lot of the genre. As wizard said, think about it the way Danie has. I've looked at your ratings, if you haven't missed something like 100 melodeath albums, then you're pretty much in the same boat as Danie.
In any case,

is a reasonably accurate observation.
