It's unfortunate - I just saw these guys live with Murder by Death and they were a lot of fun, but the album doesn't live ubp to that. It can't capture the energy of their performance, I guess. in any case, if you ever get a chance to see them live, it's really pretty good.

Ya I kinda think that this guy has for some reason completely stylized himself on Tom Gabel; through appearance to vocals and even a lot of the music rings close to Against Me!.

This was my favourite album of 2009 by some way. It really surprises me how much hate this is getting. Oh well, it isn't to everyone's taste.

I was listening to 'Diamond Rings' and I began picturing Tom Gabel trying to front Portugal. The Man. But, maybe that's just me.
