This rules, such a shame they're breaking up.

just like every underground band in Australia, they were destined to split.

I probably won't get this. Twelve Foot Ninjas smelling like an african turban i can put up with but a Rook? i bet they smell like a mushroom growing out of an armpit of a middle-aged, monkey-like melbourne twat

Yes, but the mushrooms are magical. Which is all the more reason to get your hands on this.

I lurve it. You might not as much, given im such a fanboy of the genre. Its basically a combination of Karnivool and umm maybe Incubus. A bit funky in places, but very solid alt rock.

Plus they went to my school, so they must be awesome.

Call it an obsession with the scene?

Plus, living in Melbourne helps...

I always prided Adelaide as being the centre of the Australian Music scene. Things change.

It really depends on the genre. Adelaides huge for hardcore and all that. Although there's this amazing prog band called Quiet Child from Adelaide that you should check out.

But yeah, Melbourne is great for alt rock.

That's a way to put it yeah. Adelaide has I Killed the Prom Queen and Hilltop Hoods. You know Hilltop Hoods live just 50 metres away from me that's awesome haha.

Melbourne is all like Hunters & Collectors and Perth is f'ing KARNIVOOL AND ELEVENTH HE REACHESSZZ LUNDONNN w00t.

DLC are not the greatest band on earth. They're good, but seriously not THAT good.

Sydney music scene sucks for the most part, it's all indie shit.
