It is actually really good. In the Gutter of This Spring I think is my favorite thus far. The album does have some post rock kind of elements to it which was different but not in a bad way, particularly With the Current Into Grey was a curious sounding song for Empyrium.



They still know how to express emotion in their music so I'm not disappointed.

Jamming this at the moment, I really like it so far.

It reminds me of Ulver at times.

One of my favorite dark folk/metal records. Nothing better captures the feelings of wonderment and dread that come with being lost in an unfamiliar forest as the sun starts to set.
