Curiously enough, I'm working my way through Simon Reynold's mammoth Rip It Up and Start Again: Post-Punk 1978-1984, and this band don't even get a mention. I mean, I guess this record was '83, but it feels like it's at least worth mentioning if you dedicate an entire chapter to the Manchester post-punk scene...
Overlooked among connoisseurs, indeed.
