I would agree that Jesu went too soft after Silver. Silver was the perfect balance of Shoegaze and Drone Doom. Their self-titled more exhibited their post metal/drone doominess, and Conqueror was more shoegazing metal. Now they're shoegaze with metal chords.
This EP is really good, but Lifeline is where i see him going, and although its good...its just the wrong direction imo

I always feel like a review is altogether off if I don't elaborate in the story with stupid shit like "He said" "I thought" sort of things. And maybe I was a little harsh on the band altogether saying that it made me want to pass out, but I guess I just didn't think of a creative enough way to say that this bored me.
