it's just... dull, like most of this album
it's a shame because they used to have a knack for some pretty engaging music

From Heads Unworthy is awesome, may be my favorite here. Cool album, havent heard it in forever though.

Heard Savior on the radio a few months back and wow I didn't hate it. The bridge is too heavy-handed, but the resolution of it is handled nicely.

I think that without Whereabouts Unknown, Hairline Fracture, The Strength to Go On, and Long Forgotten Sons, this album would be perfect. I highly disagree with your statement about Entertainment, the “polka induced bridge” is the my favorite part of the song. Also Hero of War is my personal favorite song of all time.. which seems to be a VERY unpopular take here lol.

It's a waltz section in Entertainment actually
And it slaps
It took me years to realise that Tim rarely shuts up on RA songs of this era

first of the rise against filler saga but the highs are quite great
no wonder Savior became their biggest song
always thought The Dirt Whispered was perfect pop rock.
Whereabouts Unknown, From Heads Unworthy, Entertainment and the singles are all great
