Most of the album sucks, sadly. Starts off in a good note (Hellhounds on my Trail and Bloodrunk are awesome), Lobodomy sucks beyond belief, One Day You Will Cry is absolutely mediocre, Smile Pretty For The Devil has some of their worst lyrics to date. Tie My Rope is a fun listen and definitely not bad, DWE,DFN is boring, Banned From Heaven is a slow crushing kickass song, and Roadkill Morning is a cool closer. 2.5 it is.

I can't seem to rate this properly. One reason for that is that I still haven't heard the full album, just half of it and the second reason is that some songs are actually good, while others are downright horrible.
