The entire final run is superb but O, Porcupine is my overall pick - final minute is one of the greatest ever things in music

A--B if you want heavier, Pale Horses if you want softer

Cool. Thanks, guys. I've heard them reference several different religions in songs, and then people throwing around christian in reference to them, so I was wondering.
It definitely didn't come across as some superficial doctrine. Weiss seems pretty damn smart.

Cattail Down is an interesting choice, doesn't seem like a particularly popular cut from their discog

i loved the mixing in of all of the "spider" interludes between songs during their live show.

Cattail Down is probably in my top 10 mwY songs. The last minute, especially live, is sublime.
Yeah, the Spider interludes were a really nice surprise.

I remember not liking this O my god (pun intended). What the hell, this is now my favourite album of all time, basically flawless. Perfect mix of indie rock and post-hardcore with great lyrics.

I still don't think this is as good as most of their other albums. A to B, Catch For Us, Pale Horses, and It's All Crazy! are all better albums.

a to b is the best they ever did yea

The harp in "In a Sweater Poorly Knit" remindes me of "To Zanarkand" from FFX

I really enjoy the instrumental work here. I find the constant talking vocals get a bit tedious, though. I wish there were more singing/screaming.
