Because I established that we are talking in the most literal and all-knowing of senses. You stating that Necrophagist rip-off Suffocation is just as much a leap.



Also, a couple of the tracks that are on Onset of Putrefaction were on the demo that was released in the same year as this album.

The demo that was released in '95 laid a lot of their sound in stone, and if you cant hear them blatantly playing off of Suffocation's sound, you're a complete and total idiot. It's not a leap to anyone with ears and the concept of time.

Being a huge fan of Necrophagist wouldn't I then enjoy this album? Seeing as how the sound between the bands is so similar and all. It's interesting that isn't the case. And are we making personal attacks now?
