Unhealer and Emancipation are awesome songs. Rest is decent at best.

How the fuck did this get a 2.5? Unhealer alone bumps it to at least a 3. And I enjoyed the rest.

Ihsahns vocals on this are awesome. Unhealer is a particularly extraordinary song. There isn't a bad track on the album. deserves AT THE VERY F&*^ING LEAST a solid 3.5.

I prefer The Adversary for the neoclassical elements. This one is a bit heavier and straightforward but still solid.

Aside from the neoclassical aspects I also find The Adversary far more adventurous and dynamic in terms of composition, as you said this one is more straightforward and for that reason it tends to feel boring at times.
