I'll be making a huge list of post-metal when I can. Should check it out.
God I love this album so fucking much.

i'm going to listen to this tonight, I'm expecting something mind-blowingly awesome ;)

It's very atmospherical and emotional. It gets heavy at times but not as brutal as The Beyond (I also recommend checking this album out by CoL as well). Crossing Over is the best song off here imo.

So I downloaded their discography long time ago.. but I think I shouldn't have.. It made me never be able to focus on one cd, and so I never really got into them. ANYways.. where I'm going with this is: IS this the best place to start with these guys?

If you want to be pulled in a sonicscape of PERFECTION

god their melodies and softer parts are so depressively beautiful and 'waiting for you' is absolutely amazing.

album is awesome, borderline 4.5 for me. Again, Waiting for you is so good. These guys and Rosetta are starting to make me realise the qualities of post metal.
|
| |
Rosetta is just noise to me. Cult of Luna is a lot better imo, even if this is the only album i own (actually know) by them. have listened to the other ones, but never really got into them. so Yes, Jebull, this is the album to start with!
