This so is a 5.0 but then again there's Revolution 9 and Bungalow Silly Billy and I'm not a fan of Raccoon either. But also it's a 5.0.

Conflicted!!!!

A little maybe, but the highs are stellar.

I mean hello, Dear Prudence got to be one of the best tracks ever written.

Yeh that is quite fire but this is way too long and some of it is just misfires, cultural importance aside

Theres at least 6 better Beatles albums tho most would torch me for saying that

This thing inspired the Manson Murders.

It’s proper.

Might bump this to a 4.5 just so the other inferior Beatles albums know their place.

"don't do it"

Yeah you're right, I wasn't thinking clearly thanks for talking me down.

This is still my favorite Beatles album though.

Revolution 9 is plain nonsense but damn, the way it leads into Good Night is absolutely legendary. That is one of the most innocently touching songs I have ever heard. It drew a tear from me. Amazing, amazing album. Possibly my favourite Beatles but I've still got Abbey Road to go.

Also is it just me or does this sound a lot like Ok Computer at times? It definitely invokes the same feelings in me at points and that's something only that album has ever managed to accomplish.

The sense of an artificial nebulous disconnect type of thing?

You know what, I can sort of see it now you mention it.

Yes, exactly! That's the perfect way to describe it, Zak.
