its pretty un-engaging as free jazz is kinda supposed to. It has the common progressive songwriting flaws, but its fun to get all this mix at once X) overall great experience. The closure was really nice.

This is one of those albums like Elvenefris or Mabool where I totally bought into the internet's hype machine back in the day. I still enjoy it, but in retrospect, its clearly nowhere near as good as I once thought it was. There are probably still lots of old comments archived somewhere of me hyping the shit out of this band.

This was subject to the ‘internet’s hype machine’?! Ok. I mean, yeah I found out about it initially due to the internet (over a decade ago), but it was a rec from someone with decent knowledge/taste, had no idea there was hype. It certainly doesn’t get talked about much here, and never really did looking at the evidence.

I dont think it was hyped. I just remember discovering it 5 years ago on metalstorm or something. It's just synonymous with that early music discovery phase for me. Like with MotW.
