I just got this album a couple days ago and I love it. It's not amazing and doesn't push many boundries but it's still very good music and very enjoyable to listen to.

Even though it is a bit overrated i still found it an extremely good 'chill out' album

I must admit I'm beginning to hate all the hype around music. Even before silent alarm was released there was soo much hype sourounding them calling them the next big thing even before they release an album is pathetic. That aside apart from that it's a decent first attempt.
the bass on this album is quite refreshing too

To me, it is one of those albums which don't have a duff track on it, I enjoy listening to it. Sometimes I think it can be a bit depressing, but there is nothing at all wrong with that!

I thought this album was pretty terrible after having given it a full chance. The singer was brutal, the guitars were boring.
However, the drummer was amazing. Especially considering I expected shit like Coldplay. Effortless crap.
I've heard worse, but I just can't get into these guys.
