Some times I like Indie music. Spoon is a good example, same goes for some Modest Mouse, but this is bad.

I love "I will posess your heart", it's easily one of the best on the album, the subject matter is heaps more engaging than creepy.

I really wanted to see the band go in a completely new direction, like on I Will Possess. Instead they opted for a sound generally familiar with their Architecture-era work. That's okay by me, and this is a great album, but I really hope they go the distance on the next record.

I don't get how people find I Will Possess Your Heart so great. Sure it's got an orignal sound, but the instrumentation is rather mediocre, and their vocalist is among the dullest i've heard. No matter how great the lyrics are, I am just bored to death by everything else. Nothing really makes it great.

Everytime I hear that song on the radio, I just want to stab myself with a dull pencil. Maybe its me, maybe it's the song, Maybe I am crazy after all. But I think it's a horrible, unrewarding song, that I can't stand.

My Parents, they don't use pencils much anymore, now they get stabbed about twice a week with PENS! or Just burned on the knees with coffee.

I finally got a full listen of this, and it's not bad. Definitely better than Plans, but not as good as Transatlanticism. I'm thinking probably a 3 or a 3.5.
