title track really does feel like a rap epic and, as far as I'm concerned, that certainly isn't something you see very often

I honestly like the del song that it samples more “catch a bad one” from no need for alarm
That album is underrated as fuck in general

Strange. Sometimes I wonder what else I have missed. Last week was a journey into old Hip-Hop albums and I found quite some gems and with it a real killer with Deltron 3030. But now that I am writing this. Around 00 I really had a pause from Hip-Hop for quite some time and some albums just were not popular or even known in Germany anyway.

idk about germany specifically but ime most of the good hip-hop never really made it to the continent
was talking about this earlier in the week, 50 cent and eminem were insanely popular but youd be hard pressed to find anyone who knew about nas or wtc around these parts

@parksungjoon Hip-Hop was not that popular, but there was a pretty well-connected scene in Germany in the 90s. The mostly popular stuff was gangsta rap I guess but if it did not play on MTV or Viva (German Music TV station) it did not really exist for the majority. In 00s and from then on, crap like Eminem or 50cent stood for US rap culture and I guess up until now many people do not know the difference between Rap and Hip-Hop culture.
