BATTLE IS SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Seabeast, Aqua Dementia, and Hearts Alive have some of the most unstoppable mid-tempo riffs ever.

I really can't think of a better way to close the album than Joseph Merrick.

Bro, Merrick is THE perfect way to end the album!

Have you read Moby Dick?!

It sounds like dead bodies floating down to the come to rest on the ocean floor.

I ain't gonna make fun, it's an old ass book.

To my understanding, the whole idea of a concept album is that there are no stand alone tracks.

I haven't read it either. I used to be somewhat of a fiction nerd in my teens, but well, priorities change with time.

And yeah Inbred, the tracks on here aren't really meant to be heard separately.

In the purest sense, probably not. Leviathan is sort of a loose concept album though -- I don't remember reading much about Megalodons or Norse gods in Moby-Dick.

I suggest the audio book, Frank Muller is an amazing voice actor, and it's easier than reading.

This is close to Mindcrime for me for fave prog-metal album.

Both rule hard, but I love the layers on this. It just keeps growing.

I don't think I'd call this prog, although it certainly has elements.
