god the energy on cavalettas' intro/outro is unbelievable. this album has a lot of moments like that, the newer drummer really adds to it, dude's a monster.

I first heard this when it came out and I've listened to a lot more experimental & psychedelic music since then, but this still stands as one of my favorite albums I've ever heard. Omar and Cedric are at the top of their game and each individual musician delivers a powerful, otherworldly experience. Album reminds me of the "Pop" version of Bitches Brew.

why do some people think this band is pure wankery/ no soul because im inclined to disagree

probably because of the nonsensical lyrics and the wankery
