One of the few Hip-Hop acts I really enjoy. The Seed 2.0 is awesome and probably my favorite on this album.

I wasn't to into this album when I first got it, I prefered the live sound on The Roots Come Alive. After deciding to give this another chance an hour ago, all I can say is damn. Every song has something I like.
I would really like to hear an album from them produced by somebody who mainly does rock though. I think that would work really well with them. This Message Edited On 04.17.06

The Roots are probably my favorite "rap" group out there. Their live instrumentals give their songs a sort of "real" feeling, that you cant get with computer generated beats.

I push my seed in her bush for life
It's gonna' work because I'm pushin' it right
If Mary dropped my baby girl tonight
I would name her Rock n' Roll
