Oh Crysis, check out the latest band I reviewed, I think you'll really like them.

I'm reporting it to be changed. Splits are reviewed and acknowledged as a whole, and the title/artist should be reflective of this.

Like changed as in the title changed to "Split"? That's fine with me.

I know this review is much more Agalloch oriented than Nest, but I think of this as more like an Agalloch album simply because they contribute a lot to both tracks, while Nest only does the second track. I thought I had said enough about Nest and described their sound, but everyone has their opinions. It's hard to review a split like this with sufficient detail and credit to both bands.

I just think it should be classified accordingly, that's it. Reported it but to no avail.
I definitely get your reasoning I just think both bands should be properly attributed.

Epic review (pos'd) and outstanding split. Agalloch and Nest compliment each other so well on this split that the transition is hardly noticeable.

the agalloch song was alright but i'm a bit disappointed that it's one of their previous riffs done a little differently with some lead on it

nest song is really good and impressed me much more than the agalloch song

I finally found a copy of this. I think it is worth owning. The artwork is wonderful. I have previewed the tracks and I think I like the collaborative work on the Nest track best, but the Agalloch track is still great. I like how they explore the "Hallways of Enchanted Ebony" outro. It sort of completes that part of Pale Folklore for me.

Sure, there are only 2 songs, but they never get old! Also, it's something special to hear this on a record player.

This is fantastic, a split of album length could've matched The White in terms of greatness.

Don't really get why people would give this anything higher than a 3.5.
