Well this album is kinda good, it gets boring at times, but it is decent. But if this is indeed a 4, then I must change the ratings of all the albums I have reviewed to higher ones; starting with Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad.
The only way Blackout could be a 4, would be if all of the songs were as good as Gimme More and one or two as good as Toxic.

Just listened to the stream. It's not horrible, probably a 2, maybe 2.5 at the most; fans of hers will like it. I think you might want to watch it when it comes to tossing around 4's. 4 means excellent. Nothing about this review (other than the quality of the review itself, which was masterful) suggests that this really was excellent.
