Basically yeah. I get production on Harlots' albums has never been stellar, but production quality is not the end all, be all of a record, especially when a raw quality assists the perception of said disc.

I can't imagine their debut with better production, honestly. The way it currently sounds is exactly how I believe it's meant to sound. It's supposed to just be an uncompromising, static laden, hazy void, and it absolutely succeeds.
