Well I mean, it's a movie.
Based on a couple of albums.
That use really cheesy sci-fi storylines
From a band that makes notoriously bad videos.
And has cover art like this.
I can't imagine how this couldn't suck beyond all measurable means.

I think you are in denial that this is a bad idea on the same levels of something else that was a really unmeasurably bad idea.

Well, we'll see then. The only good I can see from this is completely destroying the notion that an album can ever be adapted successfully to a movie.
Back of the topic of the album, Feathers is the up there on my list of worst songs ever.

The title track is great. Probably Coheed's best song, and exactly the track this album should have taken. Dark, brooding, epic, and full of really kickass and powerful guitar work. Unfortunately it didn't.
And Feathers fucking sucks, I have absolutely no idea how anyone could find it good, great, or anything above piss-filled tripe given the presence of NWFT, Gravemakers, The Hound, and The Running Free.

I'm going to punch Claudio in the face when he says 'little baby' in Mother Superior.

Mother Superior is really bad too omg.
I dunno, Gravemakers is goofy and poppy, without being completely flaccid like Feathers is to me. Whatever, maybe I'm missing something. I may review this.

I've never gotten into Coheed, but if I would like to, and I do, where should I start? Should I be starting from the beginning of this series or whatever it is?
Help appreciated.
