and it's not that I don't have symphanthy for these people. I forget who said this but the saying goes something like, everyone is just about 9 meals away from becoming homeless. But out here many of them are totally unchecked. I've seen homeless dudes pissing, shitting, smoking crack, walking around naked, screaming at people (including myself), screaming at resturant and cafe workers for food, leaving what must amount to tons of lbs of garbage inclduing food clothes etc on the ground. a buddy of mine said he saw a homeless dude straight up jacking off in public no care in the world
