What the fuck, you were expecting me to rec you films you haven't seen before? Dude there is probably no film in existence I've seen that you haven't.

Unbreakable is perfect imo, what's disappointing about the ending? Such an original film, I've never seen anything like it, the way it spins superhero films. Also Samuel L. Jackson duh

My main problem with Silence is that Hopkins isn't in it NEARLY as much as he should be. Red Dragon remedies that while also having the best actor ever made as the villian AND Norton as the good guy to top it off. Destroys Silence.

Dude Shaun, Hot Fuzz, Worlds End are all just perfect films and Pegg/Wright/Frost are genius legends

As for recs, as I said there are no films that I've seen you haven't, but if you want to distract yourself and be blissfully happy for two hours all you need to do is watch Scott Pilgrim vs. the World

I clearly didn't think this through very well o.O

I really dislike how the film ends on a freeze frame and then just tells you through text that Bruce Willis calls the police on Jackson and he is arrested. Such a weak ending. I loved him giving Jackson (they called me... mistuh glasssss) the handshake and you know yada yada but something MORE should have happened as a conclusion. Still a great film that ranks as one of the only two good films Shamalamadingdong has made

While true, Hopkins isn't the main character. based Edward Norton though. His early career was absolutely amazing and then he just shit all over it.

I see by your Scott Pilgrim rec that you are a big Wright fan. You excited for Ant Man?

I honestly don't remember text saying that Willis called the cops that's really weird

I thought it just ended on "They called me Mister Glass" which was the perfect ending because that's like my favourite line of all time FUCK

RIP Norton :/

What's the other good film that SHAMSLAMSAOIR has made, in your opinion? I think he's made three great ones and one ok, the rest absolute wank

And I'm not sure how I feel about Antman really it sounds a bit of a shitty concept

But SPvTW is the best film of all time so yeah I have faith

Had it ended on the Mr. Glass line I would have been like fuck yeah but the epilogue text is just stupid and ruins it. And yet they wanted to make a sequel despite it saying he was now in a mental institution for being criminally insane..

RIP Norton ♥

The Sixth Sense. Some people like Signs, but I hated it. I like certain aspects of the Village though. Interesting concept.

A sequel would suck hard they better not

Dude I love Signs I grew up on that shit, I know every line

The Village was a cool concept ruined by the goddamn shittiest twist/ending of all time

I like the Sixth Sense but it's really overrated imo and not a classic

Also I think the Happening is pretty fun considering he was trying to make a B-movie and not do anything special with it

The Happening! I watched it out of pure morbid curiosity and I don't even...

Mark Whalberg doesn't even understand what the fuck was going on in that film lol

When does Wahlberg ever understand anything haha

You don't understand though he was trying to make it a bad movie and that's why its fun

Unlike him trying to make a good movie and it sucking terribly (eg Lady in the Water, my fucking god)

On another note, even my mum is recommending I watch the Sopranos now hahah

There's 86 episodes, so that's like three and a half days of your life :D By comparison, Breaking Bad is only 62 episodes

I'm pretty sure I could watch the entire series of Breaking Bad in one sitting as long as I had a couple days to recuperate.

That suuuuuucks, Xinger. And what a terrible time to break up with someone. Not that there is really a good time to do such a thing, mostly just less awful.

I thought Unbreakable was kinda, sorta on the awful side. That ending just... ruined it.

Have you seen Identity, Lucky Number Slevin, or Road to Perdition, Xing? I am not a big movie buff, but I really like all 3 of those.
