This is such an incredible and painfully short lived band. The way they kept evolving is fascinating and immaculate and I would have loved to see where they went next.

Their other albums are so good, never heard this though... really, really should! Ok, tell a lie I've heard the first two.

In the middle of my first overnight shift stocking crap at Walmart rn and I don't know what the hell I'm doing, I physically feel ill 'cause I've been up like 30 hours, and everyone else here is either a grumpy old man or clearly avoiding each other

listened to some of this during my 2AM "lunch" break, felt transcendent

I still have like 5 hours to go and that's only tonight, fuck me

also don't overlook this on Sowing's new Best of 2007 thing, I haven't seen many people (if anyone else at all, now that I think about it) mention it yet

Very very close to bumping this to a 5. One of my all time favs that served as an introduction to prog rock for me.

Old Friend is my least fave here tbh

still a great track, it just feels really out of place - they put it at like, the best possible spot on the record and it still kinda drags the flow

Savant, The Frame, and Trail of Fire are my faves here, T-Shirt ain't far behind
