why would this need a remaster? all of albini's albums sound fantastic

his albums are usually really 'quiet', yeah, it's a side-effect of having actual dynamic range instead of the music being brickwalled to hell. PJ harvey's 'rid of me' is a particularly awesome example, if you turn it up to hear the verses the much louder chorus will end you

remasters came out around the same time as their reunion shows a couple of years back. wouldn't say they were necessary but weston and albini handled them and didn't fuck them up
