Eh, it's definatly more of the same stuff. It's decently solid, but nothing new.

Papyrus containing the spell..... these stupid ass egyptian themes are pretty uninspired and that song title is abnormally long and cheesy

This album isn't as good as the two nile albums i have (I.T.D.S), (A.O.T.W) but it still has some good tracks on it, as he creates so he destroys, papyrus, and the essential salts should all make nile fans get Ithyphallic! I don't have AOTW yet, but it doesn't surprise me that they would sound quite similar.

I really like AOTW but I can't say the same for this. Its similar but done with a lot less spirit and creativity. It's a worse AOTW.

There's only so much you can do within the genre and with what, 5 albums out, it would be easy to start running dry on ideas.
