i cant get into it. with time ive been able to get into a lot more of this my biggest problem is just basically all the shallow believer songs are better than the ones here and i have no fucking idea what they were thinking when they were picking songs for the album
like they really couldve made like a super sick double album out of them or at least just pick stuff like pain slit your own throat and my pesticide over fucking liar liar and with me tonight

yea probably is, tho they definitely shouldve thrown just a little on it that's easily one of their best outtakes from the first three albums. basically every song on its better than all the ones here except bird and the worm

just use the Shallow Believer tracklist (w/ Pain included) as your blueprint, take out the 3 tracks that aren't from this era, and add the only 3 good tracks from this album. so so easy to get right

hospital's alright probably the weakest song on side a for me but still miles better pretty much the whole back half of the album. first three songs are fantastic yea easily the highlights here
