I've been jamming the end of an era like crazy and then saw the news, this was a good day

Another damn fine Hopesfall album. It's really close, but I think I like A Types just a tiny bit more. The last three tracks are perfection though.

yeah man I've always considered the last three songs a trilogy of one of the best moments in music album history. Right up there with the best parts of a Beatles album like Abbey Road's last three songs (not counting Her Majesty).

Magnetic North is clearly their deepest and most nuanced album regardless of other albums possibly being better.

Truly. This was creatively Jay's crowning achievement. I have always imagined that when Jay decided to switch from screaming to singing this album is what he had in mind and A Types was the stepping stone needed to get to this album.

This album is ridiculously beautiful. The guitar work is so playful and spacey and the vocals are just so gorgeous.

This album and A Types are ignored for not being as heavy or metallic as what came before which is a real shame because this should be seen as a classic

Yeah, I still feel Satellite Years is just a perfect storm of an album, but this and A Types are phenomenal in their own ways. I'm actually close to 5ing A Types, but I haven't jammed this in a while. Need to remedy that.

Yea, been a while. Any news on the new album? Can't fucking wait, y'know?

Jay's voice is just unreal here

Indeed...think ill turn the record player on at some point today and jam this. Unfortunately my worries about Hopesfall breaking their promises seems to be accurate. No new album in 2017. I am now going into 2018 with zero expectations of a new album. This happened with their Sunflowers of Mayhem band too; a Hopesfall band with an album promised and proved to have been worked on but never comes out.

I still believe in the new Amia Venera Landscape album, so I'm a pretty hopeful guy, y'know?
