band is actually insanely boring beyond a couple-few amazing singles on each album.

Don't wear such tight socks and listen to Veckatimest or Shields.

Nice boney, practically all their albums were growers for me, as the new one will probably be too. On first listen it only felt like a 3.5, but we'll see .

The singing on Veck is bugging me, that might prevent it from growing much.

I love everything about that album. Tied with Shields for my favorite. These guys are a solid group.

Many months ago this album was a lucky discovery for me. Saw their band name under new releases (their newest album) and was curious.
Never knew this band before. Loved Yellow House from the first listen on and I really like how most of the songs are structured, and the drums.
Veckatimest is also very good.
Maybe I should try "Painted Ruins", I really like that album name.

I think it’s the other way around Colton but yeah that’s exactly what I thought when I listened to the second mid air thief album. On some days this really is my fave grizzly bear.

New Rossen made me revisit this and it's still breathtaking
|
| |
Not as breathtaking as you.
But yeah, this is a wonderful record. I love the strings on 'Marla'. They are very haunting. Owen Pallett.
