So I'm not understanding his comment about "this should remove any lingering doubts about whether Avril composes her own....." Is he saying she does or she doesn't?

Avril's 2nd worst record still manages to be more bearable than the last album she churned out. I've got a soft spot for quite a few tracks on here, actually; When You're Gone and Everything Back But You in particular are fun, moreso the latter. Contagious is dece also.
