Oh man, I just got this second hand for five bucks. Review is dead on, this album is insane. And amazing. I'm not sure yet what to rate it (still unraveling and blowing my mind), and I'm not even 100% sure I enjoy it (but I think I do), uh, but it's definitely pretty great.
