Finally started delving into some of the Wu-Tang spin-offs and solo projects that I'd neglected (for whatever reason) for far too long. Rough ranking of the ones I've heard thus far:
1. Ghostface Killah - Ironman
2. Gravediggaz - 6 Feet Deep
3. GZA - Liquid Swords
4. Raekwon - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx
5. Method Man - Tical
6. Ghostface Killah - Supreme Clientele
7. Ol' Dirty Bastard - Return to the 36 Chambers
8. Method Man & Redman - Blackout!
9. Raekwon - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx Part II
10. Ghostface Killah - Fishscale
11. Inspectah Deck - Uncontrolled Substance
12. Masta Killa - No Said Date
13. U-God - Golden Arms Redemption

Liquid Swords at 3????

It's less that LIQUID SWORDS isn't good (it obviously is...it's great) and more that I just really really really like IRONMAN and 6 FEET DEEP.
Deep down Ghostface has always been my favorite of the Wu-Tang MCs - I just prefer his cadence and flow and IRONMAN is his crowning achievement in that regard imo. And 6 FEET DEEP is the pinnacle of Horrorcore, a genre I don't generally love. Overall I honestly think the beats on 6 FEET DEEP >> the beats on LIQUID SWORDS, even though LIQUID SWORDS arguably has a slight edge in terms of lines/verses. It's close.

Ghostface is the best Wu member agreed. I might even put Fishscale and Cuban Linx 2 higher in that ranking

I’ve been going through everything Wu-Tang recently and can confirm that Ghostface is my favourite member. His solo shit is poppin’.
