i like these guys...they're awesome

I found the screams to be better than the typical bands you see these days. For example Silverstein or Hawthorne Heights, neither of those bands scream very well.

I could picure the vocalist (Dennis Lee) in a metal band actually, with the alternating high-pitched and low, almost growl vocals.

The singing on the otherhand, is mediocre at best. It definitely has to grow on you.

Overall, pretty good album, not amazing, but definitely not bad.

The first six or so listens the album is fantastic, but it does get a bit monotonous after a while. To not encounter that problem I try not to listen to the album too often.



On Frail Wings of Vanity and Wax, in my opinion, draws in a lot of people due to their Greek-inspired lyrics.



Ambrosia would've have lost it's luster had it not been for its allusions to King Midas.

i like the front mans scream

and there is another guy that screams (i dont know which instrument he plays though) and i like his scream

but the guy that sings, cant scream to save his life.

he sounds terrible.

and his singing voice is so-so

I agree that Alesana is becoming an underground success in the Screamo genre of music. i love this album!! The reccomended tracks are the best songs on the album i would have to say. i would add "Last Three Letters", and "Daggers Speak Louder Than Words". there both reall good tracks.
