No other band comes even close. The other bands have some great classic albums but the sheer body of incredible work these guys have is unparalled.

Agreed with your point there benkim. The DT discog is superior to other melodeath bands, and they've evolved their sound with time. Plus they had two of the best guitarists in the genre imo

White Noise / Black Silence still has one of my favourite DT riffs, SO GOOD. And Cathode Ray's pre-chorus/chorus combo makes me wet

The Gallery is my favorite but Skydancer is right up there. Of Chaos and Eternal Night is nuts too. Away, Delight, Away is easily one of their best songs.
