City Of Evil only had an impact commerically.
This however, was just a change of sound for a pop punk band. Panic At The Disco did it too.

City Of Evil was kind of the revolution of Heavy Metal for the 21st century, commercially at least.
Buuuuuuuuuulllshit.

Sleep gives me hope that this band might make something good, eventually.

Don't like the album. Not at all. Not one little bit. It gets old fast, and I could only listen to the singles in the first place. I also find the concept to be... Well, typical emo. MCR just embody the emo people love to hate, it's a shame because the genre really does have high points. Good review though, but I really don't like this album.

When I say emo, I'm using it loosely for MCR. I kinda meant to get that across- What many people see as emo (this) isn't really emo, and I don't like the fact that this seems to be stereotyping emo for what it isn't. Couple that with the fact I find the music incredibly dull, it gets a 1.5 rating, though I can understand why people like it.

really good review, not even in the least bit fanboyish/girlish and its hard for me to find such a review on this site that gives an album I absolutely detest from a band i cannot stand a perfect 5 and not always be repeating stuff like "oh they're just amazing" and "awesome this and that" and "best ever!!!!!".Still hate them, not because its trendy to hate them but because I genuinely disagree with every good thing said about them.Great review though.

Normally, I would say that I like this album, but still hate the band's fans with the heat of a thousand supernovas... But considering this is a troll who will likely not last another day here, that would be kind of pointless.
