Listened out of curiosity, this is terrible in every way. Also the production and guitar tone on this is the most hilarious thing I have ever heard

It's definitely not the worst thing in the world, just aggressively mediocre and corny

Definitely corny at times.
I just happened to notice Five Finger Death Punch’s newest record has the same average. Is there anybody on this whole website who would say that a FFDP record in 2022 is equally enjoyable as this cheeseball 80s-soaked glam rock/metal Pantera debut? Doubt

always makes me laugh knowing this is where Pantera came from lol

Album is unironically decent

I've heard a lot worse. Just funny its PANTERA.

I'll gladly take this over anything FFDP made. At least this is funny while everything they made is either bland or ear-grating
|
| |
Been meaning to go back and retry the first 3 Teras

I Am the Night is the best of the glam era

What even made you think of FFDP? Lol

@Chrimzon: Are you including Power Metal in that era? Because that's easily my favorite of the band's pre-Cowboys work
|

I don't really consider Power Metal to be glam, outside of Hard Ride and maybe We'll Meet Again. The whole album is more trad heavy metal with some thrash elements thrown in, while almost everything the band did before that is straight up hair metal. But yeah I'd say PM is toe to toe with Cowboys being their best.
butt.: You're the one who mentioned them first bub. Dunno what to tell ya
