In the end, you have to wonder why anyone would want to listen to this. It is like seeing Oompa-Loompas for the first time, you have no idea what they are, but you do know that you hate them.

I can't help but laugh at this album. Like, they're almost trying to break new ground but it's just not good without vocals or human percussion. It's the first time I've heard a Rings of Saturn album and wished for vocals after listening to instrumental versions of their albums. I'm so confusing and bad.

well, ill give it this. its been a while since ive genuinely laughed out loud at a new release.
i guess this has some sort of merit for the unintentional comedy alone. theres this drop into an old classical theme halfway through the second track that is genuinely funny.

I mean they originally were just a one album studio band. But it went viral on pirate sites and word started to get around. They've gone through like 10 million lineup changes. I like some of their stuff, but yea this sucks.

I’m curious if this will measure up to the hype.
