4.0 excellent | J3wFro69 | March 14th 16 | While the instrumentation gets the job done, the real star of the show here is the song writing and vocal work. The way KC and Trevor work off of each other is some of the best I have heard from any band and the theme of struggling with life is well realized through what the two of them have to say. "I Will Struggle" and "Eat Your Heart Out" are personal favorites right now but the album as a whole is excellent from start to finish, although it could go without the beginning lead in and the softer "Something We Can Dance To"

2.0 poor | Essence | March 14th 16 | how is it that there are so many bands that bring several grown men together and have the lyrical depth of a 14 year old girl? the definitively subpar metalcore album

3.0 good | iamSeraph | May 3rd 16 | It's simply not enough anymore. I've heard this kind of record a billion times by now. Stagnation sometimes is great in a sense, but Outline in Color have never been the Michael Jordan of their game anyway, so....a "meh" record with some occasional ups here and there. Merciful 3 points.

4.0 excellent | sixsouls | March 10th 16 | I'm really enjoying this album. This album is so hard-hitting, yet so emotional and melodic in places. I love the way KC and Trevor's vocals go so well hand-in-hand, not to mention they're some of my favourite vocalists in the scene. Standout tracks for me are Eat Your Heart Out, Alive, My Other Car Is A Time Machine Pt. II and The Storm. Looking forward to the ammount of hours I've got left to spend on this album.

4.0 excellent | XxUpinsiderxX | March 9th 16 | TOCiTM II through the Calm and the Storm might be their greatest work yet as
a full band.
EDIT: I feel like the drums hold it back. They aren't bad but nothing blows me away. I guess we were spoiled with Austin. I enjoyed Masks way more but the songwriting as a band as improved with songs like the The Calm and the Storm.
