AC/DC Black Ice2.5
This album is good for AC/DC fans but i feel like its just an ok song off of "Back In Black" strectched out into one album. good for one listen.
AC/DC Back In Black4.0
Classic Rock Album. AC/DC does not appeal to many people but it certainly appeals to me. " You Shook Me All Night Long" does get annoying after 15 listens but the rest of the album is great head rockin music.
Aerosmith Greatest Hits3.5
Aerosmith put out alot of albums that had good songs on them but were not very good as an album (except "Rocks"). It is though, Aerosmith's Greatest Hits. I was glad to have all of those good songs I was talking about on one CD.
Air Premiers Symptomes2.5
These early AIR songs are pretty good but they didn't show there full potential in song writing. "Brakes On (Gordini Mix) is very good though. Overall: okay album.
Air Moon Safari4.0
Excellent Soft Electronic. "Sexy Boy" has a great back beat and "All I Need" / "Kelly Watch The Stars" is great too. "Talisman" is also a great instrumental track. A Must have album for Electronica fans.
Animal Collective Prospect Hummer2.5
Animal Collective Danse Manatee2.5
The song "A Manatee Dance" is amaizng but all the rest was just "eh". I like it but its low on my most like animal collective albums list.

Animal Collective Feels4.0
Animal Collective Campfire Songs4.0
At first i questioned it as even being music but after I really started liking "Strawberry Jam" and "Sung Tongs", I went back and found it was one of thier best albums. It must be developed into becoming likable and requires a specific taste. Pure Animal Collective.

Bad Brains is like Jamaican/hard rock. The tracks vary from carribean tracks to Rock tracks. I can't decide whether to sway my body or flail my head around. If Ira Kaplan likes them, they just can't fail. "Sailin On" is amazing.
Battles Mirrored3.5
Beastie Boys Hello Nasty3.0
Beastie Boys Check Your Head3.0
"Paul's Boutique is one of my favorite rap albums. "Check Your Head" just didn't live up to it as the next album. It was still Beastie Boys though and it was still good.

Blue Man Group The Complex3.0
"Please yell if you are paying attention." This album was slightly better than "Audio" and I really wanted to give it a 3.2 because of that. Unlike "Audio", this album had lyrics which made the songs better. "Up To The Roof" was my favorite track.
Blue Man Group Audio3.0
Although many find it tiresome and a bore to liten to, I find it fun and addictive. As a percussionist, i find it truly inspiring. You have to be talented to not only play but construct your own instruments. Whats better than inventive blue dudes who hit stuff with sticks and make jello fly into your face(happened to me when i saw them in New York). (Amazing live by the way).
Bob Dylan Love and Theft1.5
This album was horrible. "Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum" made me want to rip my ipod in half. More like "Tweedle Suck & Tweedle Dumb".
Bob Dylan Blood on the Tracks3.5
Bob Dylan's Rock/Country/Blues genre of music had a win moment with "Blood On The Tracks". The Beginning is great and then the last song "Buckets Of Rain" is very good. I hope to get more great Bob Dylan CD's like this one.
Booka Shade Movements4.0
Boris Pink3.5
Boston Third Stage3.5
Boston Don't Look Back3.5
Boston Boston5.0
This Album is one of the greatest albums ever made. Boston knows how to rock and rock good. "More Than A Feeling" is a song that is well known and is still very good. "Foreplay Long Time" has a ridiculous intro in which you don't know where the song is going to go but when the guitar kicks in you feel the wait was worth it and you think "This is the fricken awesomest thing ever." "Something About You" is an amazing love song and i feel Boston when they sing it.

Coldplay Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends4.0
Coldplay Parachutes4.5

Crystal Castles Crystal Castles3.5
This was a very good album at the beginning but the ending tracks started to get less awesome. I didn't like the songs in which Alice screams which was also another reason to give them a 3.5. I do congratulate them though for producing "Untrust Us" and "Crimewave" though. They are one of my favorite electronica tracks. As an album though they did not show to have enough awesome left in them for after those two tracks and "Air War".
Daft Punk Human After All3.0
Daft Punk Homework4.0
Daft Punk Alive 20074.5
Amazing. Daft Punk is one of favorite bands. I hope to see them live one day. i hope it'll be as great as this. I didn't think they could possibly make thier songs better untill they combined them.
Daft Punk Discovery5.0
Dead Kennedys Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables3.5
Deerhoof Holdypaws2.0
Just as bad as "The Man, The King, The Girl". I don't understand what anybody could like in this band.
Deerhoof The Man, the King, the Girl2.0
I heard about Deerhoof and how they were really good but this album was just terrible.
Deerhunter Weird Era Cont.3.0

Def Leppard Vault: Greatest Hits 1980 - 19954.0
I found this album in my guest room somehow and I'm glad I did. This album makes me want to go buy all the studio albums.
Dire Straits Money for Nothing3.0
This album was pretty good. My favorite tracks were "Sultans Of Swing", "Walk Of Life", and :Monet For Nothing". I'm a big Police Fan so "Money For Nothing" with Sting was cool to hear.

Fugazi The Argument3.0
None of the songs really measure up to "Cashout". Although they are all good. Fugazi is a good band to listen to if you wanted to start getting into metal and punk music. Overall: good.
Genghis Tron Board Up the House4.0
Genghis Tron blew us away with their Synth-Metal type genre of music. "Board Up The House" was a great intro but the smooth transition of "Recursion" into "I Won't Come Back Alive" was outstanding.
Girl Talk Night Ripper4.0
Girl Talk Feed the Animals4.5
Gnarls Barkley St. Elsewhere3.0
Gorillaz D-Sides3.5
Disc One had alot of great tracks that should have been included on the albums such as "68 State" and "We Are Happy Landfill". Other tracks though were not as good. "People" was an intresting suprise. I still think The "Dare" lyrics are better but "People" comes up close. Disc Two remixes were just terrible.
Gorillaz Gorillaz4.5
Gorillaz Demon Days5.0
Grateful Dead American Beauty3.0
Same great Grateful Dead. "Box Of Rain" is still one of my favorite Grateful Dead songs. the rest of the album though is basically just as good.

I Am Robot and Proud Uphill City3.5
They do it again. Just as great as the previous "The Catch/Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter". "Something To Write Home About" is a great intro and "Uphill City" is a great all-around track deserving the album title. The rest of the album is more of great boops, beeps, and whatever those cool percussive noises are.
I Am Robot and Proud The Catch/Spring Summer Autumn Winter4.0
"The Catch" always makes me get up and dance. Noone is really like I Am Robot and Proud. Its great soft electronica for just to lounge around or enjoy whenever you have to time. I wanna share this band with everyone I know.
Jack Johnson Brushfire Fairytales3.0
Jack Johnson formed his own genre of music that is like a soft-rock/folk/blues. "Flake" is one of my favorite Jack Johnson songs and "Middle Man" is probably #2. A pretty good debut album.
Jack Johnson On and On3.5
Jack Johnson In Between Dreams4.0
Jay-Z American Gangster3.5
Jay-Z The Blueprint4.0
"The Rulers Back" and its true. He is a big inspiration to rap and music in general. This album is classic Jay-Z spittin' out his rhymes. "Heart Of The City (Ain't No Love)" is still one of my top 10 rap songs. Jay-Z is genius.
Jay-Z Reasonable Doubt4.0
Jay-Z The Black Album4.5
"They say they never really miss you till you dead or you gone,so on that note, I'm leavin after this song." Thank god Jay-Z didn't leave after that song becuase he woulda never made the rest of this amazing album. Since this album is by Jay-Z you can only expect it to have great rhymes. He succeeds.
Jet Get Born3.5
John Lennon John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band3.5
John Mayer Heavier Things3.0
John Mayer Room for Squares3.0
John Mayer Continuum3.5
This is one of the albums I wish to give a 3.8 or 3.9. The reason for such is because it was a great album but it was barely just not enough to reach the "excellent" or 4 status rating. John Mayer is a great musician and is good for his pop/soft rock style music but a little more variety of that style would have been nice on this album. My favorite track was "I Don't Trust Myself (With Loving You)".
Junior Senior Hey Hey My My Yo Yo4.5
Justice 5.0
Justice is an amazing electronic duo and I could listen to this album a billion times. "Genesis" Is a great intro which time stoppingly flows into "Let There Be Light". Everybody loves "D.A.N.C.E." while "Newjack", and "Phantom"/"Phantom II", take you through an elctronic ripwave. "Valentine" and "The Party" are just ok but contribute to the CD's greatness. "Dvno" is a great jam and "Stress" shreds my ears off. "Waters Of Nazareth" Kicks insane ass and "One Minute To Midnight" ends the album perfectly. Everyone should own this album.

I really like M.I.A. and this album was just pitiful. It ruined all of her great songs. Hopefully there will never be a vol. 2.
M.I.A. Arular4.5
Amazing Debut album. I think it is one of my favorite debut albums. There really isn't one song I don't like. Sunshowers is my second favorite M.I.A. song. (1st being "Bamboo Banga")

Mastodon has amazing instrumentals from Guitar to Drums. My favorite track was "Sleeping Giant" which has just that with an AMAZING intro. Most Mastodon songs have good intros.
Matisyahu Youth4.5
Meat Loaf Bat Out of Hell III2.0
I don't know what happened to Meat Loaf prior to this album but it must've been a thought of "hey, I should make some bad music". This album was worse than the previous Bat Out Of Hell II and dosn't even have one good song on it. There are just semi-good rock songs.
Meat Loaf Bat Out of Hell II: Back Into Hell3.0
The first song, "I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)" is very long. It is a good song but could have been shorter. This is a good rock album but dosn't live up to Meat Loaf potential. Sequels normally are never as good as the first.
Meat Loaf Bat Out of Hell3.5
The first half of the album was really great by after "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad", those last couple of songs are not as great. I would say like most "Bat Out Of Hell" is a great song but I like "You Took The Words Right Out Of Mouth" better.

OutKast Aquemini4.0
I Love Andre 3000. I don't what it is I love about him. Probably its his voice. Anyway, This album is great rap. "Even the sun goes down heroes eventually die. Horoscopes often lie and sometimes "y". nothin' is for sure nothin' is for certain nothin' lasts forever. But until they close the curtain it's him & I Aquemini." That line always puts me in awe. Although "Aquemini" is not my favortie song. The best song on the album is "Rosa Parks". Its rhymes are pure genius and that cowbell stays through the whole song. Although "Return of the 'G'" is an amzing song. Amazing album.

Pink Floyd Animals5.0
"Animals" is no doubt the greatest Pink Floyd album. It starts off slow an easy with "Pigs On The Wing (Part One)" and then ends with the same type of great song "Pigs On The Wing (Part Two)". The Middle of the album is just three song of hard, smooth, Pink Floyd rock. They are infamously known for long instrumentals in the middle and huge head bobbing. I can't pick a favorite song but if i was forced too i would probably pick "Pigs (Three Different Ones)". Its something about those pigs. Something about Pink Floyd.

R.E.M. is a band that has many big singles. I think that most of those that were not very big are the best ones though such as "Drive" and "The Sidewinder leeps Tonight" on this album. Great album to have if you wanted to buy an R.E.M. album.
Radiohead Amnesiac3.5
"Pyramid Song" is grade-A Radiohead. The album never gets boring and makes want to listen to whole thing without stopping. This album coincedentaly gives me amnesia. I listen to it even now in a trance.

This is a classic (pun intended) electronica album. I like all of the songs on the album escpecially "Wildcat". They are not as heavy on the beats like Daft Punk and Justice but focus more on the melodies although that is what i like about them.

The Avalanches Since I Left You4.0
The Band The Band2.5
The songs are pretty good but "Across the Great Divide" is the only one that I really like. I'm not a big fan of Country although it is rock music, it feels like too much like country. "So I guess I'll call up my big moma and tell her I'm rollin in."

This album shows classic phases of The Beatles. It has "Come Together" and "Oh! Darling" which is like the beginning of thier career. It has great songs that are part of the Revolver and Magical Mystery Tour phase such as "Because", "I Want You (She's So Heavy)", and "Sun King". It includes "Something" which is my favorite of millions of love songs written by them. It has classic joyous songs though such as "Here Comes The Sun", and "Octupus's Garden". If you become new to the Beatles and you wanted a taste of them, Listen to this album becuase it shows all there unique phases through music although it is not my favorite album. It is though, a classic.
