Queensryche Greatest Hits | 5.0 |
A few months ago I went to a local Wal*Mart, and saw an album staring back at me, "Queensryche: Greatest Hits". I bought it that day. I am very happy i did. This is a wonderful compilation of songs. This album contains songs from Queensryche's beginning such as Queen of the Reich, to their classics such as I Don't Believe in Love, Silent Lucidity, and Jet City Woman. However, the one downside to this album is that you don't get the same feel of the songs on the actual albums, where the song fades into the next. Regardless, this is a great CD for anyone interested in Queensryche. I suggest you go buy it now! |

A great introduction to the classic album Operation:Mindcrime, and enough bonus features that someone who already knows and loves Mindcrime will to want to check this out as well. |

The Who 20th Century Masters | 4.5 |
Most days, go to any music store and you'll see greatest hits albums of almost any popular band. The Who is no different. 20th Century Masters is a great collection of The Who's material, however I am puzzled at some of the song choices. This CD contains such classics as My Generation, Magic Bus, Pinball Wizard, Who Are You, Behind Blue Eyes, and Won't Get Fooled again. However, other classics such as Baba O'Riley and I Can't Explain are passed over for some of their more (in my opinion) mediocre material such as Squeeze Box, and Happy Jack. Regardless, 20th Century Masters is an excellent collection for beginners, or longtime The Who fans, at a great price. |
