This album is dystopian sonic assault on both the psyche and the eardrums, and El proves that once again, he's up there with the best of them in terms of lyrical ability, and production quality. In fact he might BE the best of them in terms of combining the two aspects of his game. This is a classic, it should not only be mentioned as one of the albums of the year but one of the best works of science fiction of the year. But perhaps there's not that much fiction here...

The Black Keys Brothers
In my opinion, the black keys weakest effort. The most overproduced piece they've put forth yet, songs like New Girl work well, but at other times they venture too far away from the grimy funky style that has served them so well in the past
