| Seriously a masterpiece and undoubtly Amorphis best album followed by Tales from a Thousand Lakes. All tracks are fantastic and has an overall great variety. It's just so beautiful and not to many albums have achieved this ceratin feeling. |

| This album has been one of my all time favorites for a very long time and I think that it will keep that place for a even longer time. The keyboard and the lead guitar are working together in perfect symmetry and that is really the ultimate key why this album is so awesome. |

| Hatebreeder, Follow The Reaper and Hatecrew Deathroll have always been immortal to me and even though HCDR has a obvious weaker overall rating than them, I still think this is one of their best. Bodom Beach Terror is an really amazing song. |

| Cryptopsy None So Vile |
| On par with Close To A World Below with Immolation on being the best death metal album ever. None So Vile is brutal and doesn't give a crap about anything else. The drumming and vocals are amazing, but on second though...everything on this album is amazing. Even the flaws which doesn't excist. Truly worthy of a 5. |

| Kalmah Swampsong |
| Kalmah is a band that never seem to fail. Swampsong is in my opinion their best album, but not by far. All of their albums are amazing and some of them are even flawless. One of the best Finnish metal bands out there and will probably realease even more awesome albums as time goes by. Heroes To Us is absolutely on of Kalmah's best songs and a perfect album opener. |

| They Will Return is probably one of the best fucking metal tracks ever and it's even about hunting ducks. Hunting ducks...it probably won't get more metal than that. I mean can you mention something that is more metal than quietly stalking ducks? I didn't think so. |
| Moonsorrow Verisakeet |
| Pretty much the epitome of awesome viking inspired black metal. With some of the best vocals in the genre and a lot of dumb bird sounds, Verisakeet is one of a kind. Beautifull folk melodies combined with the sound of dying barbarians...I does not get much better than this. |

| One of the most epic albums ever written. Fantastic winter atmosphere is here created by various folk instruments in a mix with typical hoars Finnish vocals. Kivenkantaja has alot of memorable moments, and these are mostly the choruses which sends chills down my spin. |
| Scar Symmetry Holographic Universe |
| Simply a stunning album. This is in my opinion how good Swedish melodic death metal gets and I promise you: It is damn good. Catchy choruses, great riffs and overall guitar, intense drumming, but the thing that makes this album simply the best is the vocals. Christian Alvestam does an fantastic job in Holographic Universe and is, as I stated, the main reason why this album rocks hard. |
