One of the most underrated rock albums of the 2000's, and that's in part cause it sounds like some of the best alternative rock bands of the 90s. Most elements of these songs (especially the vocals) possess a tone that harkens back to Third Eye Blind's debut album. While the guitar tones could be likened to bands like Bush and Nirvana, but not quite as cutting. Overall a great and well-written slice of grunge-pop.

Not perfect by any means, but i thought this was a very solid slab of mainstream metalcore, a genre that by no means i'm a huge fan of, i have little frame of reference when it comes to this genre to begin with so take my rating and words here with a grain of salt, but i still found this rather enjoyable.

Nothin' but a fun little folktronica EP... The reggae-inflected dance-pop "Toys" is great, and the
catchiest (and my favourite) song on the EP, while Bluebirds has a strong country/bluegrass feel
to it. It's a guilty pleasure for sure, but a pretty good one at that as well.

yea, this was a good album.. though i think i like "Put Your Back N 2 It" better.. the overall sound quality and aesthetic actually reminds me of John Lennon with a hint of 80s' Alternative rock influence.

If it weren't for the horrible clean/screamed vocal dynamic i'd give this album a 3. But damn i can't stand the juxtaposition
of the vocals, but the songs themselves actually aren't too bad. the electro-metal fusion is kinda interesting, Way better
than i expected...

Could barely make it halfway through this album, it wasnt bad but I did not enjoy it at all. Its too forgettable and an unfocused mess, the lack if songwriting quality wouldn't be a problem if it was a more riveting listen, and the noisy and droney vibe the album has is nice but it doesn't go far enough in that direction to stick with me and often sounds contrived.
Swans The Glowing Man

somewhat Incubus-ish, the main vocalist is quite similar to Mike Eizinger, while their other vocalist (who sings on Synergy, and Haze), sounds a bit like Coheed & Cambria's vocalist. very catchy, unique, and rockin' songs though

The last track is by far the best song on here... i thought it would just be another song on the album until the 1:40 mark, until the orchestral arrangements and pianos kicked in and things got a whole lot more interesting... unfortunately the whole album doesnt have anywhere near this level of quality. Its mostly pretty forgettable.
