1994! 1994!/Spires Split
Abominable Putridity The Anomalies of Artificial Origin
slam slam, slammy, slammin'. this album is great. i mean, no quarrels here... we knew what
we were getting into when we listened to it. more of the same (isn't a bad thing). vocals
sound great imho, matti way is a nice fit for this band. it's also nicely produced as
well... i think this is one of the only slam albums that i'll be able to listen to again and
again. fun album.

vv - Dude below me... C'mon!! This is SLAM... with Matti Way!!
Atheist Jupiter
Big Kids Don't Be A Baby 7 Inch
Bolt Thrower In Battle There Is No Law!
Bolt Thrower Realm of Chaos
Bolt Thrower Mercenary
Deeds of Flesh Of What's to Come
This one is probably my least favorite because they are tapping into a new style. I felt most of the music was "floaty" at times, as compared to some of the stuff they have on their older albums, but this could also be the production value. Don't get me wrong, the musicianship is there and it IS goddamn technical. I just felt that they were just wanking around too much at some points, and should get back to them more brutal riffs. Jacoby left the band (the bassist), and I really liked his vocal presence on the older albums... and on this album it just kinda felt less brutal and more "eh... cookie monster eating cookies." Here's to hoping the next album is even better than this one. Overall I think it rules, and the lyrics are pretty entertaining.
On a side note: This album could be good for people who want to start to get into Deeds of Flesh, without really knowing who/what they sounded like in the past.
Defeater Lost Ground
Devourment 1.3.8.
Envy Recitation
Fucked Up David Comes to Life
Gorgasm Orgy of Murder
Grimes Visions
Latterman ...We Are Still Alive
Mr. Oizo Lambs Anger
Psycroptic The Inherited Repression
mr. haley really shines on this album. however i feel like there was way too much of a focus on him shredding. i mean, no complaints with the riffs- some of 'em are the best i've heard in death metal (at least, some of the most original)! but yeah, kinda boring... and yes... the vocals kinda suck.
The Tallest Man on Earth The Wild Hunt
Visceral Disgorge Ingesting Putridity

3.0 good
Abnormity Irreversible Disintegration
Beneath the Massacre Marée Noire
this actually owns pretty hard... and is quite an improvement over their old stuff. im surprised, i actually want to hear more from them now.
Cephalotripsy Uterovaginal Insertion of Extirpated Anomalies
Defeater Empty Days and Sleepless Nights
Interpol Turn on the Bright Lights
Latterman No Matter Where We Go...!
Latterman Turn Up The Punk, We'll Be Singing
Meshuggah Koloss
Mitochondrion Parasignosis

2.5 average
Abysmal Dawn Leveling the Plane of Existence
Hour of Penance Sedition
maybe it's just me, but i feel like this band has lost the "oomph" of previous releases. that being said i feel like this is average run-of-the-mill death metal. it's super generic sounding this time around... and i don't really even know if i'd call these guys "brutal" at all either.
Touche Amore Parting The Sea Between Brightness And Me

1.5 very poor
