4.0 excellent
Amia Venera Landscape The Long Procession
Bayside Killing Time
Quickly browsed this album. Seems more uptempo and like a return to what they did best.
Between the Buried and Me The Great Misdirect
Born of Osiris The Discovery
Brand New Daisy
Coheed and Cambria No World for Tomorrow
Coheed and Cambria Year of the Black Rainbow
Maybe it's the lack of production, or at least the sound of a lacking production. Maybe it's
the fact that Claudio sounds like Claudio singing. Maybe it's the dark, spacey feel. But to
sum it up, this album delivers on most levels.

BTW! Stop with the Pennie is god shit! He wrote drum parts and played them well. He
completed the rhythm section. I'm pretty sure Travis and Claudio deserve the brunt of the
credit here.

Claudio/Travis' vox/guitar melodies>Pennie's Synth-ing?
Coheed and Cambria The Afterman: Ascension
Coheed and Cambria The Afterman: Descension

Defeater Travels
Deftones Diamond Eyes
still in meh mode, prolly because i listened to it in the car with my 3 yr old. riffs are good, but vox feel uninspired. which is wierd because chino usually is pretty into what he's "singing."
STILL WAITING FOR EROS!
Funeral for a Friend Casually Dressed & Deep in Conversation
Hacride Lazarus
He Is Legend It Hates You
um, i'll say it's a grower. while i was a fan of sotp off the bat. not really meshing with this one right away. not seeing the i am hollywood references either. did we listen to the same album?
Jamie's Elsewhere They Said a Storm Was Coming
with the exception of 1-2 songs it goes from meh to rising stars. best effort yet, by a landslide.
Periphery Periphery
Great!rBut isn't it really nu-metalcore-prog?rSOOOOOOOO FUN TO LISTEN TO!
The Boy Will Drown Fetish
The Contortionist Exoplanet
The Dear Hunter Act III: Life and Death
i see you all are pretty much haters of this album so far. such BS! how many "silly bands" are doing this right now in this genre? it's pretty damn good so far, i'm on my third listen and i'm only giving it a 4 right now because i don't want to jump the gun. but in general... solid release. they deserve more credit.

3.5 great
A Skylit Drive Identity on Fire
Baroness Blue Record
Converge Axe to Fall
Dance Gavin Dance Downtown Battle Mountain
Dance Gavin Dance Happiness
Hopesfall A Types
Periphery Juggernaut: Omega
Silverstein Transitions
Though they retread old ground, I found it affective. Better than recent efforts, minus the BADDDD NIN cover. But I'm willing to forgive. Lets hope the next LP has some evolution and maturity, in the same manner that some good canadian bands do (Alexisonfire, Protest The Hero).
Taking Back Sunday Live from Orensanz
One listen in... sometimes the vox are too twangy for my liking, but still has some of my fav's done moderately well.
Potential 4.0 after multiple listens.
I hope this is a teaser for the much awaited reunion LP.

3.0 good
Animals As Leaders Weightless
While it is good, it lacks some depth. I don't know if Misha Mansoor helped write this one as well, but if he didn't, you can tell. It is one of those albums that you show your guitar playing friend to humble him/her.
Called to Arms Peril and the Patient
Dance Gavin Dance Downtown Battle Mountain II
dredg The Pariah, The Parrot, The Delusion
parts of it totally give me those el cielo goosebumps, key word being parts. but it's too bad they kinda ditched heavy hitting aspects like on catch without arms.
Protest the Hero Scurrilous
I think pretentious sums it up perfectly. These guys have that "it" factor that I don't like.

2.5 average
blink-182 Neighborhoods
I found two good songs. This feels like ideas that didn't pan out in their other projects.rWhere is the energy? 1/3 of them is putting up an effort. You the man Travis.
