Pain of Salvation Linoleum
Since Remedy Lane, each album by the band has presented a pretty big shift in style, and the
four tracks from the upcoming LP "Road Salt" follow that trend. These four songs feature a
raw, down to earth, 70's rock sound. If you dig Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, and
other classic bands of that era I see no reason for you not to like the band's new work.
Furthermore, if the rest of the full LP is of equal or better quality than these songs then
it may just be one of the band's best, though different, works. Of special note is the seven
minute long "Gone", which is one of the band's finest songs to date.

3.0 good
Anathema Hindsight
I really enjoyed this, mainly because of the last four tracks and Are You There? The rest doesn't measure up to those.
Beardfish Sleeping in Traffic: Part Two
This started off being pretty awesome, but some of it became tiring to listen to. Tracks such as Cashflow and South of the Border, however, should be Beardfish staples.
